FAQ's

When is trash day?

• Trash pick-up is on Wednesday morning 

• You can put trash out on Tuesday night but make sure it is secured so that it doesn’t blow or critters can’t get into it.

• If a holiday falls on a Monday trash service will be delayed one day 

 

Can I get a recycle Cart?

• Yes  This is a private contract between you and WM.

• Community recycle carts are available at the clubhouse at no charge

 

When does the pool open?

• The pool is scheduled to open Friday, May 27, 2022

• More information regarding pool rules are in the rules packet

• Pool will close for the season Tuesday, September 6, 2022

 

How do I get my mail?

• You will need to take proof of residence (your rental documents) to the Corporate Hills station off of Webb road.

•  The Post office will change the lock on the current box for your unit and issue you a new key

• You have 60 days from date of purchase to make the change. After 60 days the post office will charge for a new key. 

 

When is mowing day?

• Our lawn crew mows each Monday unless it’s raining

 

Can I rent the clubhouse?

• Clubhouse rental is $25 from 8am to 10pm with a $100 refundable damage deposit

 

Can I fish in the lake?

• Yes, Catch and release fishing is allowed

 

How do I file a work order?

• Send a text or e-mail to me at 316-680-8599 or cbunch9@cox.net or simply fill out the form on the Work Orders page here on the website. 

 

How do I become a CLHOA Facebook member?

• Go to your Facebook page

• Search for Wichita, KS CLHOA Our page has a flower garden

• You should see an invite prompt

• Enter your unit number and myself or Linda Gregory will accept your membership
