Country Lake Homeowner's Association is a lovely community of residents - primarily homeowners, in East Wichita, Kansas, centered around a lake with clubhouse and pool.

 

Country Lake was developed in 1975 as a Covenant Community governed by the registered Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR’s) and Bylaws. The Country Lake property includes the area from Woodlawn and 21st Street east to Bramblewood; from 21st and Bramblewood north to the drainage easement; west along the drainage easement to Woodlawn, and south to 21st and Woodlawn.

The community was developed in several phases beginning with residences 17, 19, 21, 23, the clubhouse and swimming pool. This was quickly followed with additional residences in the same area, addressed as 6500 E. 21st Street. The next stage of development was 2221 N. Bramblewood and the final phase included all residences addressed as 2243 N. Bramblewood.

There are four different floor plans in most buildings, ranging from the one bedroom/loft plan to three-bedroom units. There are 100 individual residences or units in a total of 25 buildings.
